Artist Statement
My love of the outdoors inspires me to hike and paint, creating love letters to nature. From my hikes, my goal I to capture the light and energy and share this through impressionistic style oil paintings with a combination of palette knife and brushwork. Connecting with nature through art provides a reminder that beauty is all around us and meant to be respected and preserved.
